Responsibility
<Expectation>
-As a Lead Engineer, you will design and deliver optimal solutions by combining generative AI technologies with Microsoft Power Platform to solve business and development challenges.
- You will lead projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes and high client satisfaction.
<Job Responsibilities>
Lead solution development using tools like Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
- Support full project lifecycle, including:
- Proposal writing and requirement gathering
- Development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Build prototypes and PoCs, including:
- Business apps with Power Apps
- Workflow automation with Power Automate
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using Azure OpenAI
*Provide ongoing support, including technical consulting and Q&A
Facilitate clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
・Language:
- English - Intermediate Level (TOEIC 600 above); And
- Japanese - Intermediate Level (equivalent to N2)
・Experience:
- Experience developing applications using languages such as C#, Python, or Java
- Experience with development using generative AI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Custom Connector
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience as a project lead or system architect
- Experience building or implementing systems using cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- Experience or interest in leading a team of technical specialists
