Position: International Sales Staff - Food Processing

Responsibility
<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare and manage import/export documents (invoices, packing lists, B/L, etc.)
- Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders
- Manage processing and shipping schedules
- Communicate with Japanese clients regarding delivery timelines and shipment updates
- Monitor inventory and shipment status, and report accordingly
- Collaborate with internal production and quality control teams
- Handle issues such as delays or documentation discrepancies
- Attend visitors for company tours and factory visits.
- Report to the Japanese Director directly
*After joining the company, you will take 2 to 3 months of training to learn about the job and our products.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: Under 35
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: English - Intermediate level
・Experience:
- More than 2 years of working experience in any industry
- Proficiently with MICROSOFT OFFICE(Excel etc)
<Preferred Skill / Experience>
・Experience:
- Experience in im/export and logistic
- Have worked in the food processing field
