Responsibility
<Job Responsibilities>
You will be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with managers and engineers.
1. Customer Communication:
-Listen to customer needs and propose optimal water treatment solutions.
-Building relationships with customers and gaining their trust is crucial.
2. Utilization of Technical Knowledge:
-Possess basic knowledge of water treatment technology and provide technical explanations to customers.
-Collaborate with engineers to support the resolution of specific technical issues.
Project Management:
3. Manage the progress of projects and coordinate to ensure they proceed according to schedule.
-Respond quickly to any issues that arise and find solutions.
Market Research and Sales Strategy Planning:
4. Research market trends and understand the movements of competitors.
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
-Quotation and Contract Management:
5 . Create quotations for customers and support the conclusion of contracts.
-Follow-up after contract signing is also an important part of the job.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Gender: Any
- Age: Under 40 years old
- Language: English Intermediate level
- Experience: More than 3 years in sales or sales Engineering or project management for equipment management at a factory company.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in membranes used in wastewater treatment facilities
・Project Management experience
・Japanese skill
