(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications to discuss project progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, leveraging market insights and industry best practices.
Account Management and Strategy:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and research, to develop integrated marketing plans and campaign strategies.
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
New Business Development:- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and actively pursue organic growth.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and sales materials.
- Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing the agency's capabilities and expertise.
Collaboration:- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of efforts.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering a high-performance environment.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Experience in similar role or as an Account Executive, Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
- Good at project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Good communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
