Objectives

We are looking for an Account Executive who can execute projects dependently at easy to medium level with support from Account Manager/Account Lead.

Job Description

Client Leadership:

  • On top of multi projects and manage overall client portfolio under support from AD/ SAM
  • Able to lead project at complex level

Project Management: Direct execute project highly complicated Full scope media branding to performance/ Solution mix Content/ Creative

  • Provide direction for team to execute project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management
  • Able to manage 2-4 projects at the same time

Solution Provider:

  • Convince Manager/ Head of client follow your suggestion/ approach
  • Join and win client pitching project independently with nature project < 1000MB or purely media under support of SAM/ AD/ BOD
  • Provide and advise brand teams in e-commerce expertise with supports from Solution Head
  • Personal: Work well with the client project team. Well connected that can sharing knowledge and skill set

Job Requirements

Strong problem solving skills

  • Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objectives

Have good business acumen

  • Able to manage client portfolio and P&L
  • Understand client business objectives and work backward for the approach to support client deliver their KPIs

Have good knowledge about e-commerce

  • Understand the nature of e-commerce selling channels
  • Understand the integration between commercial, media, creative, livestream, influencer
  • Able to analyze the e-commerce data to provide the overall direction
