MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Execute the day-to-day accounting operations within the company including payments, invoicing, reporting and other transactions.
Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated VAS reports.
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software.
Maintain and suggest for improvement the financial policies and procedures for the company.
Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
Execute month end and year end closing.
Providing adequate training for fellow.
Participate in other projects as required.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Excellent computing skills, particularly with MS Office products.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
ACCA, CPA, VACPA/VN CA certificate is a plus.
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in development, accounting, and financial reporting.
Hospitality or construction experience preferred.
Communicate in English speaking & writing.
Knowledge of VAS. Knowledge of IAS is a plus.
Analytical and problem solving.
People management skills.
