About the Role
Responsible for providing operational support to distribution channel(s) to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support sales processes
- Calculate sales achievement, maintain information of sales activities and sales performance metrics
- Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plans and forecasts
- Administer agency compensation, awards and benefits
