Job Description
Overview:
We are hiring an AI Engineer to join our applied AI team focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, and intelligent agents. You will be responsible for implementing AI workflows under the guidance of tech leads, contributing to commercial projects involving agentic systems, goal-oriented dialogue, and prompt engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and implement AI solutions as defined by technical leadership.
- Develop agent workflows and LLM/prompting systems for conversational and goal-directed behavior.
- Integrate LLM/agent services into production environments.
- Monitor system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to client-facing commercial AI projects and be a good team player.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in AI Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Practical experience with PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, and agentic design.
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines and vector databases.
- A good teamplayer and problem solver.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong command of English (verbal and written).
- 3+ years of experience in NLP/CV.
- Familiarity with Vision-Language Models (VLMs).
- Experience with serving local LLMs and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Backend development skills including: FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Git, AWS.
