We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Application Support Specialist to provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between bank-users and technical teams, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of application-related issues.
Provide first and second-level support for Supply Chain Finance applications.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating when necessary.
- Professionally handle incoming requests via phone or email from bank clients and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Handle all customer requests and educate them on company product
- Provide quality service in the areas of handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and system assistance
- Handle escalated calls in an efficient, professional, and understanding manner
- Document support processes, known issues, and resolutions.
- Be proactive in finding better ways to improve the customer experience

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic programming concepts.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
