Architecture Engineer (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, 16-22mil gross)

(Mức lương: 15 - 22 triệu VNĐ)

• Support design development from concept to completion

• Visualize ideas using AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.

• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, consultants, and authorities

• Review and understand architectural and technical drawings

• Assist in MEP coordination and authority submissions

• Conduct meetings with clients, tenants, and contractors

• Guide tenants on compliance with landlord standards

• Join site inspections and advise on defect rectification

• Prepare related documents, forms, schedules, and reports

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Degree in Architecture or related field

• 4–5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office

• Knowledge of MEP systems

• Good communication & coordination skills

• Strong time management & teamwork

• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable

• Interior/fit-out experience is a plus

• English (intermediate)
