In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within specified regions/areas/accounts. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet sales objective, boost market share in the region/area/territory/accounts and other relevant KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance, providing regular reports, analysis and solutions to senior management.
- Be the profesional representative of the company and responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Assign and monitor territories, ensuring clear and focused KPIs for all territories, following the company’ strategies.
- Lead, coach and motivate the team of Medical/sales representatives to ensure performance and effective resources.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s regional presence.
- Collaborate with other deparments (Marketing, Medical…) to plan, align and implement the companies’ strategies and activities.
- Collaborate with other department (HR, Medical…) in the recuiting, training, building competency model applied to the team and optimize the retention in the resources.
- Foster a cooperative spirit among team members and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, company policies and maintain confidentiality information.
- Stay up to date by proactive to attend training sessions (product knowledge, interpersonal skills…) requested by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical. Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
- Number of working year experience: 7
- Number of working years’ experience in the position: 3
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with multinational companies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Skilled in business case development and able to take the lead when collaborate for projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated time management and problem solving skills alongside sharp business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
