The Marketing team is a dynamic group focused on promoting our services and enhancing brand awareness. We work on different campaigns, social media strategies, and market research to understand customer needs better.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for looking after Mobility Marketing & In-app Optimization, and reports directly to the Head of Marketing, Mobility. We are looking for someone with a tech and marketing background - preferably a strategic planning role in the marketing or agencies industry.
You have experience researching and generating leads although having limited information, and partner management.
You will work onsite at HCMC.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop Marketing strategy for GrabExpress based on local insight including data analysis and following business direction.
- Develop Go-To-Market plan for Transportation in 2 important cities of HCM & Hanoi according to overall Marketing Strategy.
- Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns including concept brainstorming, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning. React fast to mid-campaign performance and increase in between campaign activities.
- Manage analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to lead better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Collaborate with Internal Partner (Operations, Business Development) and External Partner (Vendor, Partners, and Merchants).
- Select strategic area for branding which fit with budget allocation
- Manage and Increase budget to growth the demand
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Economic, Business, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations or Business Administration
- At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience, 2 years experience in the same position level; digital marketing, media planning, or performance marketing,.
- Familiarity with technology including generative AI or programming language
- In engaging and influencing partners to achieve targets
- Can develop creative, ideas for marketing through different channels to reach and engage consumers.
- Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ms. Office (Excel (can write advanced macros), PowerPoint) and other systems and BI tools to help implementation and tracking
