- Manage schedules, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and assist with various projects to optimize sales efficiency.
- Travel domestic frequently

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative support role, preferably supporting a sales or executive team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and articulate demeanor.
High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
Having B2 driving license and can drive 7 seats car.
