What you will do
- Lead the ideation and launch of innovative products;
- Drive product development with a team of dynamic and talented engineers and designers;
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction;
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products;
- Understand Zalo Video’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry;
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business, or relevant roles in the IT industry with proven track record of overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle;
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business KPIs with strong business acumen and product mindset;
- Ability to plan and execute research in collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and product management;
- Passion for the media entertainment industry;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills;
- Proficient in logical thinking and adept at problem-solving.
