- Build strong relationships with tenants through regular communication and a proactive presence in the building.
- Manage welcome experiences for new tenants, including onboarding materials and orientation tours.
- Support the planning and execution of tenant events, programs, and seasonal campaigns.
- Gather tenant feedback through surveys and informal check-ins; share insights with property management.
Communication & Experience Delivery
- Manage digital tenant communication platforms (email newsletters, apps, building portal).
- Ensure timely and relevant updates on building events, services, and announcements.
- Create and distribute signage, flyers, and materials related to tenant engagement.
Building Operations Support
- Act as a liaison between tenants and property management for service requests, amenities, and common area concerns.
- Collaborate with operations, security, and facilities teams to ensure tenant needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain the appearance and functionality of tenant common areas, lounges, and amenities.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date tenant contact database and event participation records.
- Assist with reporting on tenant engagement metrics and experience program performance.
- Support budgeting and vendor coordination related to tenant experience activities.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Graduated from Hospitality & Tourism Management, Foreign Languages, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service.
- Background in commercial real estate or building operations a strong plus.
- Flexibility to rotate to other sites within Ho Chi Minh city, as company business expands.
- Professional attitude and grooming.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tenant experience platforms is a plus.
- Be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
