Job Description
Main task:
- Planning and strategy to adapt headcount to the operation (FFM HCM, HN, CB)
- Manage OS workers with operation Function
- Audit vendor and assessment
- Maintain the outsourcing model after launching
- Support for controlling data in the WFM
- Check data in the WFM and compare with Operation and Supplier
- Check and send the monthly timesheet to the supplier.
- Checking and confirm to process the payment for vendor
- Confirm budget Incentive monthly with the operation
- Create PR, PO, RT for all orders materials, warehouse rental, electricity and water….
- Coordinate with relative departments to track attendance, leaves, OT, payroll, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in a related field
- Data skills (SQL/ Power BI) is highly desirable
- Effective analytical problem-solving skills & high-level reasoning
- Good computer literacy have the skill to present reports in Excel and PowerPoint
- Focus and can-do attitude
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere, willing to learn new things, and diligent
- Good teamwork skills and English skills
