How you'll make an impact
- Working with our APAC Proposal Manager you will support the entire bidding process and coordinate bid ceremonies, including kick-off meetings, approvals, opportunity assessments, retrospectives, and storyline workshops.
- Assist the opportunity owner in developing a clear win strategy for each bid, ensuring the proposal highlights Zuhlke's strengths and meets the client's needs.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and effective utilisation of tools.
- Establish and maintain tools and systems, templates, and data storage throughout the bid management process.
- Develop and maintain reusable assets and references, enhancing reference management with appropriate tools and systems.
- Provide training materials for opportunity owners on the bid management process.
- Act as a coach to the extended APAC sales team on topics related to the bid process and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct post-bid reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future bids.
What is important to us
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge and previous experience of B2B sales processes (proposal creation coordination, etc.)
- 2-4 years of experience in bid management, project management, or a related field
- Skilled in clear, concise communication with strong writing skills.
- Good understanding of AI tools and prompting for content drafting and process automation.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and manage group dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
