Role Overview
We are seeking an English-fluent, highly organised, and results-driven Brand Strategist & Marketing Lead to develop, execute, and manage brand positioning and marketing strategies for both AX Creative and our clients. You’ll be a strategic thinker who thrives on fresh ideas, while also being hands-on with the day-to-day. This is not a role for someone who needs micromanaging — we need a self-starter who can deliver, adapt, and push projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine brand positioning frameworks for AX Creative and client brands.
- Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform positioning decisions.
- Craft brand narratives, messaging platforms, and value propositions that align with business goals.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Build and run integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Plan and execute cold email campaigns, lead generation strategies, and audience outreach.
- Develop campaign ideas that are fresh, creative, and results-driven.
- Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts, and performance tracking.
Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities for growth through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
- Support sales teams with tailored marketing materials and outreach initiatives.
Organisation & Productivity
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Maintain clear communication and reporting with the leadership team.
Key Skills & Experience
- English fluency (spoken and written) – essential for crafting high-impact messaging.
- 4+ years in brand strategy, marketing, or communications (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and audience segmentation.
- Proven track record in creating and executing marketing strategies.
- Experience with cold email campaigns, lead generation, and outbound marketing.
- Ability to generate fresh, creative campaign ideas that align with strategic goals.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently without supervision.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving tools and strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 200,000₫ - 300,000₫ per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
