- Addressing skill gaps with personalized in-house training.
- Monitoring staff performance using a monthly capacity evaluation kit.

- At least two years of experience.
- Good project planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate English (reading and writing).
- Strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
