Description
We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist who is in Admin or HR legal, business background with well-organized skill to follow up all office processes & project in a very fast-growing logistics company.
Handling all office coordination tasks with HOD:
- Follow up with sales & vendor contract & ensure the timeline is completed on time.
- Coordinate with HOD to push up the process of company branding, material design, align with all vendors & company guideline.
- Joining all managers’ meeting & following up with outstanding work within the company under GM’s instruction.
Business Analysis & Support:
- Coordinate with IT dept. & HOD to follow the systems creation, ensure to support users to have all new software update as per planned
- Analyze the business requirement and give out support to GM in legal work by working with external lawyers and managers to improve the contract content & close the contract as per time.
- Support GM in drafting the SOP & follow up with the SOP completion
- Other business-related works assigned by GM
Logistics Product Development & Business Growth:
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to develop and implement new logistics solutions, especially for distribution, warehousing and other value-added services.
- Support GM in analyzing market demand and designing competitive pricing schemes for new and existing products.
- Work closely with the sales team to promote new services and prepare solutions proposal to submit for RFQ/ Tenders.
- Assist GM in building business plans, SOP and go-to-market strategies for new logistics products.
- Other business development tasks assigned by GM.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
High responsibly & result- oriented
Above 1 year working experience in Commercial or pricing position in a fast-growing Logistics company
Good communication & presentation skill
Excellent in Excel, power-point.
