What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project activities to ensure project sucess (timeline, quality standards…);
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders;
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance project management capabilities;
- Implement other tasks per required by line manager.
What you will need
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience in project management, particularly within the social media or tech company;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail;
- Proactive and hard-working attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines, know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Have a teamwork spirit and good interpersonal communication skill to work cross-teams.
