1. Responsible for the establishment and promulgation of standards for all CCDs to comply with during flight and training activities.
2. Record and analyze any deviations from company standards. Ensure corrective actions and necessary adjustments are made in a timely manner to avoid undesirable trends.
3. Monitor updates in all operational manuals to ensure content accuracy and standardization, and ensure that related documentation, policies, and procedures are amended as required.
4. Supervise the development of standards and procedures to meet departmental (and third-party) needs, in compliance with national and international regulations, standards, and best practices.
5. Provide a forum for researching, evaluating, and implementing new suggestions to promote standard development.
6. Other assignments from the direct Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Having at least 3-year flying experience.
- Experience in delivering results through large workgroups would be an advantage.
- Good at English with TOEIC minimum 700 or equivalent certificate (IELTS/TOEFL/...); or bachelor's degree in English.
- Have good airline knowledge, such as Cabin Crew SOPs, Aviation Management, LOSA, and SMS.
- Experience in a customer service-based role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Possess essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policies, legal regulations, and service standards.
- Excellent leadership skill.
