Group Brand Manager (CHC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy Development
- Develop and execute brand strategies for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products (OTC).
Product Management:
- Oversee the lifecycles of assigned products, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
Market Insights and Trends
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Trade, and Regulatory teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Work with agencies to develop marketing materials compliant with pharma regulations.
Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budget and track campaign performance to maximize ROI.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Marketing, or Business.
- At least 10 years of experience in Consumer Healthcare, with 2+ years in brand management at the group level.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and product communication
