- Oversee and manage the accounting department to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, corporate policies, and internal standards.
- Drive accounting performance by achieving key financial targets, maintaining strong internal and external relationships, and leading, training, and motivating accounting staff
- Handle all accounting and tax-related transactions in compliance with local and corporate requirements.
- Review and ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, including VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT, and other applicable taxes.
- Verify Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable; issue Reconciliation Notes at month-end to confirm accurate balances.
- Validate stock reports for Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Trading Inventories, Spare Parts, etc., ensuring data integrity.
- Ensure all account transactions in the SAP system are recorded accurately and updated in a timely manner.
- Monitor and validate all expenses to ensure proper and efficient utilization of resources.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions.
- Review and verify all General Ledger Documents (GLDs).
- Ensure timely GL closing in accordance with Group deadlines (e.g., Sales, Production, etc.). - Prepare monthly trial balances and financial statements on schedule.
- Compile and submit all statutory reports and financial returns required by Vietnamese law.
- Prepare and analyze monthly production cost reports.
- Report directly to the Finance and Accounting Manager; support and execute other finance-related tasks as assigned.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Work Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday morning: Work from home (WFH).

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Chief Accountant Certificate.
- Over 8 years of experience in financial accounting, including more than 5 years in an equivalent position at foreign-owned manufacturing companies.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and other accounting software.
