We are looking for Claims Assistant Manager to support Head of Health claims to provide healthcare claims services to customers. In addition, you contribute as Subject Matter Expert in projects relating to enhance healthcare services.

1. Position Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent judgment, prompt, accurate claim assessment and excellent service to Healthcare claims in accordance with Claims Department’s guidelines and procedures;
Identify and create processes that supports claims objectives; monitor and work with stakeholders to ensure the process runs smoothly and achieves the objectives;
Identify areas for improvement of the process and implement changes in organization of flow and the tasks performed to ensure that the process becomes more efficient and effective;
Conduct process QA management to ensure claim system work as expected; Extract data from multiple sources and provide report as request by Team leader/Line Manager;
Collaborate with cross departments/functions to smoothly solve all systems/processes-related issues and reach claims objectives;
Duties to support Department targets and Company objectives as and when assigned by Team leader/Line Manager.
3. Required Qualifications:
Education: University or College degree in economics or equivalent, preferably in insurance field. English intermediate is preferred.
Having at least 3 years in insurance. Medical Knowledge is a plus.
Having Microsoft office, teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Being careful, proactive, enthusiasm, hardworking, collaborative and honest.
Being able to work under high pressure.
Good attitude and respect colleagues.
