Content Quality Control Collaborator

Internship & Collaboration

• Review content topic and content channel for compliance with the product’s community guidelines and terms of service to ensure content qualified demand;
• Assist in content quality & quantity control workflow;
• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies;
• Report & data analysis on content moderation in daily/weekly basis.

• Bachelor (collaborator level) or junior/senior year in university (internship level) active user and keen interest in video products;
• Having experience in BPO/content moderation and content analysis is preferred;
• Familiar with local regulations, Vietnamese culture terms in particular reviewing video content is preferred;
• Have good sense and standards for high quality content.

• Problem-solving, critical thinking;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work in a high tempo environment, respond to day-to-day challenges and quick adaption to the changes;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
