We collaborate with a wide range of comic creators and platforms to bring their stories to life through animation, sound, and creative production. Our team is organized into pods, each responsible for producing one or more motion comic series.
Position Summary:
The Creative Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration and communication between the production team and external content partners. This role manages the end-to-end coordination of assigned comic projects, from onboarding and pitching to production progress tracking and delivery. You will work closely with pod leads, producers, and creative stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned comic partners.
Support the pitching and onboarding process for new comic projects, helping partners understand our process and requirements.
Coordinate communication between internal production and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and clear alignment.
Track and report on the progress of each comic in production, proactively identifying delays or bottlenecks and working with teams to resolve them.
Facilitate creative feedback loops, ensuring all notes are clearly documented and communicated.
Maintain and organize records of communication, project decisions, and feedback.
Assist in improving workflows and communication processes for future scalability.
Work across production pods, each handling 1–2 comics concurrently.
Qualifications:
Experience in project coordination, production, creative operations, or partner management.
Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.5 or above);
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once.
Experience working with creative or production teams, especially in media, comics, animation, or entertainment.
Familiarity with production tracking tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and solution-focused.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
