Job Summary:

This role supports influencer marketing operations through data collection, analysis, and reporting to optimize performance across TikTok campaigns. You will work closely with the KOL team to evaluate influencer fit, analyze video content effectiveness, track campaign performance, and support the setup of efficient commission models. This position suits someone with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for social media trends.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Influencer & Audience Analysis

  • Analyze influencer profiles based on engagement, follower growth, and audience demographics
  • Use TikTok Creator Marketplace and third-party tools to shortlist suitable creators

2. Content & Campaign Performance Tracking

  • Track and report video metrics (views, hook rate, watch time, completion, shares…)
  • Identify content formats and themes that drive highest engagement or conversion
  • Compare content performance across influencers and campaigns

3. Commission Fee Optimization

  • Support modeling and tracking of commission structures (fixed, tiered, performance-based)
  • Recommend payout schemes that maximize ROI by tier, content type, or platform

4. System Management & Reporting

  • Maintain master trackers, campaign databases, and tagging/UTM systems
  • Build and update dashboards for campaign monitoring and performance comparison

5. Trend & Competitor Insights

  • Track TikTok trends, viral formats, and competitor KOL strategies
  • Suggest new creator types, video formats, or timing based on data

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or influencer-related roles
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot, lookup, formulas, basic charting)
  • Familiarity with TikTok platform and creator ecosystem
  • Attention to detail and ability to structure messy data into useful reports
  • Bonus: Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace, Data Studio, or affiliate tools
  • Good communication and teamwork mindset
