What you'll do:
The role involves consolidating forecast data to support demand planning, managing supply-related tasks within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) system, and coordinating shipment schedules to provide updates to the Sales team and ensure timely inbound logistics with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The position also includes handling internal stock transfers to meet sales demand, preparing weekly inventory reports for finished goods and spare parts, and performing daily inbound transaction updates.
In detail, you will:
Maintain sales forecast template for sales input forecast (actual sales, inventory)
Consolidate sales forecast by key account
Update FC file based on the weekly SOP plan from RY, reviewing any plan changes, and making necessary adjustments such as modifying PODs, swapping PNCs, and prioritizing PNCs
Track in carrier website to update the actual shipment plan to update weekly inventory report for Sales plan
Daily check of arrival shipment in the current month to update Sales team if any delay for Sales plan adjustment
Daily monitor MTD sales by PNC by plant, reflect ad hoc sales plan, request from POM to balance stock of 2 plants
Coordinate shipment bookings by contacting carriers, creating STOs, notifying outbound logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and following up on shipments to update arrival dates to the Sales team
Provide Logistic team Inbound plan based latest forecast / sales orders on hand to balance stock arrival warehouse (leverage 20 days free DEM DET).
Daily update 3PL Inbound number for stock input, reconciliate and confirm to 3PL stock receipt in SAP
Daily update to Sales team for arrival stock for sales in D+1
Inventory bi-weekly report FGs and Spare C&A: highlight any changes vs previous week
Check and confirm GIT report, MB52 consolidation report to Finance
Place order carton boxes for Spare, Bearing (Spare) with local supplier
Prepare and submit claim reports to suppliers for spare parts issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or inventory control
- Experience in customer and supplier relationship management
Knowledge of warehouse operations and product handling
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using PCs and various software applications
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
