Main responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and execute business plans, ordering strategies, and dealership policies based on market analysis.
- Implement and monitor annual and monthly sales plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define dealer-specific sales targets and provide strategic support to achieve them.
- Track performance through KPIs, analyze results, and apply corrective actions as needed.
- Support dealers in achieving their sales targets through tailored planning and assistance
2. Dealer Network Development & Management
- Strengthen relationships with dealers through ongoing support, training, and performance reviews.
- Evaluate dealership operations and implement initiatives to improve engagement and efficiency.
- Lead new dealer acquisition, assessing potential candidates through feasibility studies.
- Maintain high-quality standards across the dealer network while driving strategic expansion.
3. Customer Satisfaction & Brand Enhancement
- Supervise dealership operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service and satisfaction levels.
- Conduct training and support programs to align dealer operations with Suzuki’s brand values.
- Monitor feedback and drive improvements to strengthen brand reputation.
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Create and oversee order plans based on sales forecasts to optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure efficient stock management, minimizing costs while maintaining supply stability.
- Oversee processes related to ordering, pricing, and delivery coordination. Align supply chain operations with dealer demand to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Develop and implement annual and monthly sales plans, tracking progress and execution.
5. Operations & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Manage internal procedures for delivery, payments, pricing policies, and dealer documentation.
- Ensure operational efficiency within the 4W Sales department, maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Production) and Suzuki Headquarters.
- Continuously apply the PDCA cycle to enhance sales processes and performance.
Reported to: Head of Automotive Sales.
Criteria for recruitment
- At least 7–10 years of experience in sales. Having more than 5 years of experience as a head of sales at a manufacturer or in dealership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
- Experience in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Leadership & Competencies skill:
- Responsible for sales result and motivate team staffs to achieve target.
- Strategy development and execution capability for achieving sales targets.
- Strong grasp of KPIs such as sales volume, profit margin, and inventory turnover.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Sensitivity to customer(end-user & dealer) needs and market trends, and ability to reflect them in sales activities.
- Effectively negotiating and reaching solutions with dealers, suppliers, and financial institutions.
- Quickly addressing issues such as weak sales, customer complaints, or competitors activities.
- High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Responsible for sales result and motivate team staffs to achieve target.
- PC skills: Microsoft Office
- English proficiency
- Enterprising has the ability to work and act practically
