(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (Design, Sourcing, Pattern Making, Costing, IE, Tooling). Manage the full product lifecycle: concept development
- commercialization.
- Drive the team to meet key development and production deadlines.
- Proactively identify and solve complex technical/operational issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Extensive experience in product development management (preferably 10+ years) with strong background in apparel/ footwear/headwear
- Proved experience as development manager/ senior manager roles
- Proven leadership & team management skills.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end product development process
- Exceptional problem-solving & decision-making ability.
- Good command in English.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production process.
