MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Develop both long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives;
Manage, monitor and implement marketing campaigns;
Ensure brand consistency across all channels, aligning messaging and visual identity;
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) in optimizing marketing efforts to effectively reach target customers;
Collaborate with external partners, including media agencies, retail outlets, and suppliers;
Promote the hotel’s brand, services, and offerings to attract new customers and retain existing customers;
Provide regular updates to the executive team on marketing activities and campaign outcomes;
Fulfill other related tasks to support the Sales & Marketing team as needed.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields;
At least 3 years of marketing experience in the hospitality;
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement;
Experience with social media, SEO/SEM, content creation, and campaign management;
Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic design software;
Excellent communication and project management skills;
Fluent in English (spoken and written);
Creative, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
