• Control the distribution of newly issued document and obsolete revocation its.
• Ensuring that copies of documentation are distributed and controlled.
• Arrange and retain the record of quality department in accordance with the document control procedure.
• Support and guide related persons how to prepare and register documents in right format.
• Input the quality daily data, specific are IPQC & OQC.
• Check quality daily record while entering, assuring that the input information is appropriate and correct.
• Monitor and report on the status of quality data as required.
• Control measurement equipment, including calibration.
• Monitoring the calibration schedule and communicating with relevant department for calibration.
• Support to deliver the document which need for approval.

• Graduate from college/university, prefer in Electronic/ Mechanical/ Chemical.
• ISO 9001/ IATF 16949/ ISO 14001,…
• Be professional in office cumputer: Word, Excel,...
• Good English literacy, preferably the ability to communicate with foreigners.
