Position: E-Content Manager
(eDigital Shelf Management)
Direct line manager: ASEA E-Commerce Head
Main Responsibilities
As part of our Digital Shelf management, this role is primarily responsible for building impactful eCommerce communication through strong content development across platforms. The core mission is to translate brand assets into compelling product storytelling that drives visibility, engagement, and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Content Creation & Briefing
    • Develop and localize Product Detail Page (PDP) content in both written and visual as well as ensuring each SKU tells a clear, engaging story aligned with the brand.
    • Write creative briefs for communication such as to content creators, including designers, agencies, and KOLs, tailored for platform-specific execution.
    • Build livestreaming content plans, including key talking points, storytelling structure, and promotional highlights aligned with commercial campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Optimization
    • Use tools like Profitero and platform Seller Centers to track and analyze digital shelf KPIs such as Availability, SKU and Store visibility Placement, Search ranking and Share of shelf, Ratings & Reviews, and Buy Box ownership and price compliance
    • Identify content and listing gaps that impact performance and propose solutions using data insights.
  • Collaboration & Execution
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Global stakeholders) to align messaging, campaign calendars, and promotional assets.
    • Support strategic eCommerce initiatives with performance-driven content that balances storytelling with sales conversion.
Experience & Knowledge:
  • Graduate degree in marketing, management degree (preferable)
  • 3-5 years successful experience within a leading FMCG (Personal Care/Cosmetics) industry
  • Experience working in regional/zone and in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related roles, with a focus on Digital shelf, eCommerce content management.
Core Competencies:
  • Strong bias for action, a high degree of personal accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable digging under the surface to uncover insights, reach logical conclusions and recommend actions back to the business in a compelling way.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the Content creation and eCommerce
