Emergency Call Center for Korean residents in Vietnam, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a critical and life-saving role for a Vietnamese professional fluent in Korean, ideally with a healthcare, communication, or customer service background.

Due to language and cultural barriers, many Korean residents in Vietnam face serious risks in emergency situations. Our center will serve as a lifeline for Koreans, ensuring rapid and accurate coordination with Vietnamese emergency services, hospitals, and ambulance providers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for Korean individuals in medical or emergency situations.
• Receive and handle incoming emergency calls from Korean nationals.
• Communicate effectively in Korean and Vietnamese to understand the caller’s needs and situation.
• Coordinate with local ambulance services, hospitals, and emergency response teams to ensure fast and accurate dispatch.
• Provide language interpretation support between Korean callers and Vietnamese medical staff or service providers.
• Maintain calm and clear communication in high-pressure scenarios.
• Log incidents accurately for internal reports and follow-up.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Vietnamese citizen
• Fluent in Korean (Intermediate to Advanced – able to understand emergency descriptions and communicate instructions clearly).
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese.
• Prior experience in customer service, emergency response, healthcare, or interpretation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond efficiently in urgent situations.
• Basic knowledge of medical or emergency terminology is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings.
