Social Media Management: support managing the company's social media presence, sharing content related to employee life, company culture, and career opportunities.
Event Support: join in and organize recruitment events, career fairs, and other activities aimed at attracting potential employees.
Employee Engagement: help with initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale and engagement, which is crucial for employer branding.
Research and Analysis: conduct research on employer branding best practices and analyze the effectiveness of current strategies.
Communication: The trainee communicates with various stakeholders, including employees, potential candidates, and other teams within the company.

1. Qualifications & Skills:
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant fields. Able to commit to afull-timeinternship for6 months.
Strong communication skill: Both written and verbal, are essential forcreating and sharing content, as well as interacting with various stakeholders.
Social media knowledge:Understanding of social media platforms and how to use them effectively for employer branding.
Creative thinking:The capacity to develop engaging content and innovative employer branding strategies.
Basic understanding of HR and marketing principles:This can be helpful in understanding the broader context of employer branding.
A plus, ifequipped with knowledge of AIand theability to leverage AI toolsto enhance marketing effectiveness and content creation.
