• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Logistics or Freight Forwarding company.
• Solid understanding of logistics documents, shipping processes, and customs flow.
• Fluent in English - both oral and written.
• Strong communication skills and a service-minded attitude.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties.
