- Review FGs Production plan vs Shipment Plan and action taken accordingly.
- PM Ordering Management
- RM Ordering Management
- Book cargo space and perform booking optimization according to exporting plan.
- Ensure custom declaration process finished before containers arrive at port.
- Send out documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, C/O) to customers.
- Follows-up shipment status, identify incidents and resolve incidents.
- Monthly report
