Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, from 1st July 2014 on all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office at Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province.
HcP has started its belt assembly in a rented building on 1st August 2008 as the assembly plant of Tilburg Plant (TbP). On 14th April 2011, HcP celebrated the inauguration of the new plant (Lth101 with 17,000 sqm), which did not only allow to increase the production depth, but also to facilitate the push belt assembly of this high-tech product. On 3rd July 2012 HcP marked a big milestone by starting to produce the second component (loop-set) for its push belt. Since November 2012, HcP doubled the production floor space and increase the net total floor space up to 56.000 m², and have successfully increased its production capacity and realized a lot of new line SOP’s.

Job Description
The Facility Management Group Leader (FCM2 GrL) will report directly to the Head of Facility Management Department (FCM HoD) and will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Lead the FCM2 engineering team in operating and maintaining the facility systems at Bosch Ho Chi Minh City Plant (HcP) such as HVAC, WWTP, high and low voltage electrical systems, gas systems, exhaust system, Fire Fighting, Public Address, etc.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the FCM2 engineering team members to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Provide technical support to other FCM teams (FCM1, FCM3, FCM4, and SES) to ensure the achievement of all targets, including Interrupt to Production (ITP), budget control, cost saving initiatives, CO₂ neutrality, energy efficiency, and, most importantly, no disruption to production.
- Lead projects and problem-solving activities related to Facility Management (FCM) systems.
- Systematize and standardize FCM processes and systems to support future investment planning and forecasting.
- Ensure all activities carried out by the responsible FCM team comply with local legal requirements, company safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and internal regulations.
- Collaborate with the Bosch Global Real Estate (GR) network, including:
- Active participation in cluster, regional, and global teams, acting as a member of CST (Country Steering Team) and RST (Regional Steering Team).
- Provide leadership, technical expertise, and share best practices within the GR network.
- Contribute to achieving company goals related to cost savings, energy efficiency, Integrated facility management (IFM), and the reliability and sustainability of facility operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related major (Facility management/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) - Master degree is a plus
- 5-10 years experience in relevant working area, experience working in manufacturing plant is a plus
- Deep understanding about facility management system
