Core Responsibilities:
Establish & maintain the Project management process with the continuous improvement mindset making the process better every day.
Responsible for project management to achieve business goals. The scope includes but not limited to environmental protection projects, energy/water saving, building renovation and waste reduction initiatives.
Ensure smooth Change Management
Conduct feasibility studies for projects, develop business cases for project budgeting approval, and create technical specifications.
Collaborate with the Procurement Department to develop RFPs for the tender process, evaluate technical proposals from vendors, and provide clarifications. Ensure technical proposals meet RFP requirements, including functional specifications, company standards, property insurance requirements, safety, quality, and product standards.
Understand and navigate authority approval and acceptance processes.
Manage safety, especially in workshops during the execution phase of projects. This includes vendor accountability, procedures, training, findings, and corrections.
Ensure organizational functions align with the Quality Policy, Environment, Health & Safety Policy.
Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget, provide financial reporting for projects, conduct regular follow-up meetings, and report to the Steering Committee (if any).
Provide necessary technical support to the facility maintenance team when they require assistance with repairs.
Manage project changes: initiate PCO according to company policy and procedures to ensure compliance.
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

The Facility Management Department oversees all soft and hard services, energy management, environmental practices, and waste handling to support production and personnel at LMV. The Project Manager serves as the primary contact for external partners, ensuring effective execution of projects related to facility systems and buildings. This ensures the factory operates efficiently, aligns with current needs and industrial practices, and adapts to future requirements.
Do you have what it takes?
10 years of experience in facility / construction project management.
Familiar with the entire project management process.
Proficient in project preliminary management: feasibility studies, budgeting, and tendering process management.
Capable of developing technical proposals, comparison, and prioritization for decision-making.
Able to convert technical plans into commercial budgets and resource planning.
Skilled in designing tender strategies, technical evaluation processes, and developing scoring criteria based on user requirements.
Structured approach to reporting and presentation.
Strong communication, planning skills, and team player.
Takes initiative and acts on opportunities.
Proactive in sharing knowledge across factories.
Knowledge of PDCA and problem-solving methodologies.
Knowledge of LEED standards.
Awareness of local regulatory requirements in construction.
Fluent in written and oral English and Vietnamese.
