OVERVIEW OF POSITION
The F&B Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage service areas, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager, this position supports team coordination, supervises service delivery, manages guest interactions, and ensures adherence to hygiene and quality standards. The F&B Supervisor serves as the point of contact during shifts, ensuring staff are well-prepared and motivated to provide outstanding service in line with the organization’s brand values.
Duties may include but not limited to:
Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
Assist in staff scheduling, delegation of tasks, and conducting daily briefings.
Support the training and onboarding of F&B team members.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
Monitor service quality and proactively address guest complaints and feedback.
Oversee opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
Manage beverage and consumable stock levels; place orders and coordinate with suppliers.
Perform regular inventory checks to prevent stock shortages and control wastage.
Process and submit payment claims related to F&B purchases and services in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement, purchase orders, and supplier communications.
Ensure all procurement follows internal approval and budgeting guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and coordinated service.
Act as shift in-charge and communicate effectively with management and team members

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
3+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Good understanding of food and beverage service procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in English; other languages such as Mandarin or Korean are a plus.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes
