Key Responsibilities:
First 90 Days Focus:

• Investigate historical cost and asset discrepancies.
• Review purchase transactions, pricing trends, and BOM accuracy.
• Audit procurement efficiency and ERP data flows.
• Collaborate with costing and production teams to validate assumptions

1. Financial Data & Cost Analysis

• Analyze cost structures (BOM, labor, overhead) and reconcile them with ERP and accounting data.
• Identify variances, inefficiencies, and potential savings.
• Support product costing, BOM updates, and standard cost maintenance.

2. Process Improvement & Internal Controls

• Review workflows to ensure accurate capture of materials, WIP, and CapEx.
• Recommend control policies to reduce errors, misreporting, or manual overrides.
• Audit procurement, pricing, and supplier performance for efficiency and compliance.

3. Data Integrity & Business Intelligence

• Monitor ERP and cross-departmental data flows to detect gaps or delays.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights for BI and BOD decision-making.
• Maintain master data standards for items, vendors, and cost classifications.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & ERP Optimization

• Align costs from purchasing to production with Supply Chain and Warehouse.
• Capture logistics and landed cost data affecting profitability.
• Contribute to ERP system redesign, optimizing workflows, cost tracking, and controls.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, BI, or related field (CPA/CIA a plus).
• 5+ years in cost analysis, internal control, or financial operations in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and data storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards & IFRS.
• High integrity, independent yet collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
