- Manage and operate administrative work at the factory (catering, uniforms, cleaning, security, employee shuttle bus, waste, etc.).
- In charge of work related to labor safety, compliances, environment, fire prevention and fighting (FFD), corporate with other sections to fulfill the factory certificates.
- Manage facilities, periodic administrative expenses and consumables (office supplies, protective equipments, uniforms, …) ensuring efficient and cost-effective usage.
- Plan and support organizing internal factory events, other activities, and resolve arising issues within the factory.
- Report to: Japanese GM, Japanese GD.

- Language: Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and able to communicate fluently in English
