- Manage company internal documents, dispatches, decision, …
- Handle employee’s bussiness trip arrangements (Air ticket, accommodation, visa application,…)
- Welcome guest in arranging schedules, meeting documents, prepare guest receptions
- Implement, manage document/ procurement related to expatriates (Temporary resident card, work permit, accomodation, ...)
- Support other activities related to events, improvement
- Others tasks as supperiors’s assignments

- Graduated from university (compulsory), major: Administration, Foreign Language or others related majors
- Proficient in English (writing and speaking)
- At least 2 years of experience in related position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Soft skills: Organizing skills and interpersonal skills
- Preferred candidates with experience working in a manufacturing plant or in related fields
