Growth Marketing (50%)
- Plan growth initiatives campaigns (both in-app and out-app), including category-based campaigns, merchant-based campaigns, cross-vertical campaigns, and branding campaigns.
- Develop an overall growth marketing plan to build up and meet KPI related to volume, user growth, and user retention for the FnB vertical
- Research, collect, and improve customer journey (online UI/UX, overall new feature development, online & offline stores)
- Plan and manage content on communication channels (Facebook Group, Zalo Group, in-app), including content planning and posting, interacting with members, etc., to optimize communication effectiveness.
- Coordinate efforts across internal & external teams to finalize POSM, media communication/all campaigns, and affiliate campaigns for traffic and user awareness.
- Track product/promotion/media/campaign performance metrics and draw suggestions to improve performance.
- Track and monitor product/ promotion/ media/ campaign performance metrics and explore valuable insights through comprehensive data analysis.
- Perform data monitoring and analysis daily/ weekly and provide recommendations based on consumer insights

- Graduate from a University, majoring in Communications/Marketing, is preferred
- Having from 2-3 years of experience in Fintech, Ecommerce.
- Possess good communication skills & positive working mindset
- Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to learn & a can-do attitude.
- Ability to multitask, working under pressure and meeting deadlines
