The Guest Relations Host is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the client. This individual is part of a broader Workplace Experience team that aims to ensure employees feel productive, engaged, and well supported in the workplace, and that they can thrive in a dynamic environment.The Guest Relations Host will also be the first point of contact for Client Suite management and Hospitality management. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring daily space readiness, so guest, clients and employees can be productive without friction or challenges.
Job Description
About the Role:
Greet and assist visitors and employees at reception and client suites with warmth and professionalism.
Manage visitor access, meeting room readiness, cleanliness and hospitality services including refreshments.
Support internal logistics such as locker assignments, access cards, and event setups.
Respond to workplace requests via the Building Page and escalate issues as needed, while adhering to all safety and security protocols.
Ensures positive guest/group experience, through personal interaction and attendance at functions or other interactions throughout the day.
About You:
1+ years of experience in hospitality, receptionist, customer service, front desk or other front-of-house and customer-facing roles.
Well-groomed, professional appearance with strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Positive attitude, emotionally intelligent, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
