- Implement the hiring as plan and further requests from Managers or BOD, do the new hire orientation and sign labor contract.
- Ensure HR policy and practice being in compliance with Labor regulations including Maintaining employee information data sheet; Periodical labor registration with authority; Labor contracts, Social, health and unemployment insurance.
- Record, update salary, bonus, allowance, and benefits of employees for monthly payroll correctly.
- Monitor internal staffs’ time and attendance producing monthly timesheets, manage the leave record
- Ensure the HR Documentation proper and fully compliant.
- Manage the payroll sheet monthly.
- In charge of PIT Declaration and Finalization, Social Insurance declaration.
- In charge of those projects of HR Dept.: 3P Salary System, Labor Norm Setting, and Salary Scale Structure Development.
Administrative Duties
- Be the main person responsible for all the administrative tasks in office.
- Manage leasing contract, stationery, office equipment, taxi cards, booking hotel/flight, phone & other office costs efficiently
- Undertake daily administrative tasks of the company such as: logistic support, reception, meeting organizer, and other related tasks;
- Co-ordinate with other departments to organize the company events.
- Do orientation training for newcomer & contact IT for setting up Laptop
- Organize company’ events.
- Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager
- AdHoc: Other jobs relating supporting other Depts. as Sales Admin, Bank guarantee…. etc.,

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Code, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations. Understanding of logistics/warehousing operations (basic level) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, C&B, and Payroll management. Especially in handling with 3P Salary System, Labor Norm Setting, and Salary Scale Structure Development.
- Good English communication skills, especially in writing reports and HR documents.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate employee events, manage union activities, and maintain HR records.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure.
