2. Advising Division Heads and Department Heads on people matters and HR policies: structure, talent development, transfer and promotion, job design, workforce shaping
3. Managing employee relations with empathy and fairness
4. Supporting HR service delivery to ensure smooth employee experience: onboarding, KPI setting, performance evaluation, company training, engagement activities, corporate culture activities, off-boarding
5. Conducting university collaboration activities: scholarship, Daikin NextGen, seminar,…
6. Supporting HR communication with BOD and other Japanese Leaders when required
7. Delivering other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Qualifications & Experience
- University degree
- 3+ years in HR field, with TA or HRBP experience to be preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Good oral and written communication in Japanese is a MUST
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge about Labor law and labor market in Vietnam
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and cope with stressful situation at work
- Being careful, detail-oriented, self-disciplined with ability to work independently
- Good communication, problem solving & presentation skill
- Good planning and analyzing skill
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office)
