(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)- Manage and oversee the HSE to achieve the operational objectives for a factory
- Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
- Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.
- Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s onsite training and HSE program, emergency response systems, etc.
- Investigate and complete the process for closeout of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Factory Manager, HSE Head for promulgation to the management.
- Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Department, Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the GM
- Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees, guest and contractor at all levels.
- Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
- Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required by Department Head & Factory Manager.

- Education: Graduated from College, University with specialization in HSE or related field.
