  • Lead the company's business operations to achieve growth targets. Develop high-quality business strategies and plans aligned with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Hold primary responsibility for the company's Business and Finance aspects.
  • Identify the structure of the immigration industry and shape the company's future.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.
  • Analyze problematic situations and incidents, providing solutions to ensure the company's sustainability and growth.
  • Build trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for shareholders.
  • Lead and motivate subordinates to foster employee engagement and develop a high-performing management team.
  • Source, build, and develop human resources throughout the organization.
  • Support departments in client acquisition, file evaluation, and advising on suitable investment and immigration pathways.
  • Stay updated on investment and immigration program information and visa policies in various countries.
  • Attend events introducing investment and immigration programs to stay informed.
  • Participate in business associations and relevant immigration industry organizations.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Services, Languages, Foreign Languages, Education, or related fields.
  • Preference for candidates who have studied or lived abroad.
  • International English certificate equivalent to a minimum of CEFR Level B2.
  • Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the immigration industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in consulting on and processing investment and immigration files for markets such as the US, Canada, Australia, etc.
